purposes: used as medicine, dye intermediates. The pesticide Mite-Danjing produced by o-chlorobenzaldehyde can control the mites on dry crops and fruit trees. O-chlorobenzaldehyde oximation can obtain o-chlorobenzoxime, and further chlorination can obtain o-chlorobenzoxime, both of which are pharmaceutical intermediates.
